While Billionaires Play Astronauts" is a series of provocative paintings where I use vinyl covers to question political and social issues. Vinyl covers, symbols of art and entertainment, are reinvented as ironic mirrors of a reality where some play at exploring the space while many fight for survival on Earth. This series challenges the viewer to reflect on the priorities of a society that allows such discrepancy between its members.
